House Rules
Nexform Commons is more than a desk. It is a place where Dhaka’s next generation of builders can work, connect, and grow. Every policy, material choice, and community program reflects that purpose.
Conduct & Environment
A considerate shared environment helps everyone work comfortably and productively. These guidelines are designed to maintain a professional, respectful, clean, and focused atmosphere throughout Nexform Commons.
- Keep conversations at a comfortable level in open zones
- Use headphones for speaker calls and digital meetings
- Take calls over 5 minutes in phone booths or meeting rooms
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere, including stairwells
- Maintain respectful conduct with zero tolerance for harassment
- Pets are not permitted inside the workspace
- Keep work areas clean and clear hot desks after use
Booking & Payment
- Monthly memberships renew on the 1st of each month
- A 7-day notice is required for membership cancellation
- Meeting room payments must be completed within 24 hours
- Late payments after the 5th incur a ৳500 weekly charge
- Day passes are non-refundable once entry has been granted
- Event hall bookings require a 50% advance deposit
- Memberships cannot be transferred without management approval
Security & Safety
- Access cards and credentials must not be shared with non-members
- All visitors must sign in and remain accompanied by a member
